Abstract

"ATERRAMENTO ELETROSTáTICO PARA UNIDADE DE MANUTENçãO DE TAMBOR". A invenção refere-se a uma unidade de manutenção de tambor (DMU) para reduzir o acúmulo de carga eletrostática dentro de um dispositivo de impressora. A unidade de manutenção de tambor pode ter uma blindagem estática posicionada para reduzir o acúmulo de uma carga eletrostática e atuar como uma barreira física para impedir que o óleo descartado torne-se flutuante e retorne para o rolo de lubrificação não filtrado. A blindagem estática pode também ser utilizada para reter e alojar o sistema de filtragem da unidade de manutenção de tambor assim reduzindo a contagem de peças e o tempo de fabricação.
