Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MINICOMUTADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um minicomutador elétrico compreendendo um invólucro incluindo uma parte do invólucro formando uma base (10) de onde diversos terminais elétricos (11, 12, 13) estão salientes e uma parte do invólucro formando uma cobertura )20), um mecanismo de comutação instantâneo colocado no invólucro e compreendendo uma lâmina condutora flexível (40) submetida a uma pré-tensão substancialmente longitudinal, e um botão de pressão (30) montado em deslizamento através da parte do invólucro que forma a cobertura (20) a fim de acionar o mecanismo instantâneo. De acordo com a invenção o minicomutador também compreende um deslizamento se opondo à mola de compressão (50) do botão de pressão (30) de modo que na posição de ruptura do comutador a lâmina condutora flexível (40) é mantida inclinada pelo botão de pressão (30) e da mola (50), por meio de um batente (35) colocado no botão de pressão (30), e que na posição comutada do minicomutador a lâmina condutora (40) não é submetida a qualquer sujeição do botão de pressão (30) e da mola de compressão(50).
