Abstract
"MOTOR OSCILANTE". Um motor oscilante (10) tem uma rotação de rotor de cerca de <sym> 15<198> a partir de uma posição de repouso. O motor (11) tem dois pólos salientes (12) que são voltados para um respectivo magneto permanente (13) através de uma pequena abertura (14). O estator tem um núcleo de estator laminado (15) que suporta os magnetos (13) e também dois pólos salientes (16), cada um suportando uma bobina do estator (17). Os pólos de estator (16) confrontam o rotor através de uma pequena abertura (18) entre os pólos do rotor. Quando nenhuma corrente está escoando através das bobinas, o motor (11) permanece em uma posição de repouso, com os pólos (12) alinhados entre os pólos norte a sul dos magnetos 13. Durante operação, as bobinas do estator (17) induzem pólos magnéticos iguais nos pólos do estator (16), o que, por sua vez, induz pólos magnéticos iguais nos pólos do rotor (12) fazendo com que o motor (11) oscile no sentido dos pólos magnéticos opostos dos magnetos permanentes (13). Quando corrente escoa na direção inversa, o rotor (11) oscila para os pólos opostos dos magnetos (13). Passar corrente alternada através das bobinas do estator (17) faz com que o rotor (11) balancete ou oscile de maneira contínua através de uma pequena faixa angular.
