DISPOSIçãO EM PEçA FêMEA DE ENGATE RAPIDO. O modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma inovadora disposição em peça fêmea de engate hidráulico com acoplamento rápido. A peça fêmea (40) de engate compreende um corpo formado por um suporte roscado (41), uma luva intermediária (42) e uma luva externa (43), sendo que no interior desse corpo está montado um conector (44) para a peça macho de engate e uma válvula (45) que impede a saída do óleo quando do acoplamento e desacoplamento do engate. O suporte roscado (41) é dotado de um orifício de alívio de pressão (46) que é executado longitudinalmente, a fim de comunicar a câmara de ar (47) existente no fundo da sede cilíndrica interna (48) com um sulco periférico raso (49) usinado na porção de parede espessa do suporte roscado (41). No interior do sulco raso (49) está totalmente embutido um anel de vedação (50) que veda o orifício (46), impedindo a entrada de material particulado para o interior do corpo engate fêmea (40). Quando da introdução da peça macho no interior do engate(20) o conector (24) recua arrastando a peça cilíndrica (28). Para evitar ageração de pressão interna, o que dificultaria o acoplamento da peça macho, éexecutado um orifício de alívio de pressão (26) no suporte roscado (21) docorpo da peça fêmea. Esse orifício (26) é executado diagonalmente, de modo acomunicar a câmara de ar (27), existente no fundo da peça cilíndrica (28), como exterior.
