Abstract

"Aperfeiçoamentos Introduzidos em Colhedora por Eixos Rotativos com Hastes de Impacto" O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma série de aperfeiçoamentos inseridos no sistema de colheita de grãos diretamente de plantas, sem envolver corte, ou arranquio. Os avanças foram substantivos, especialmente à eficiência de colheita, bem como à capacidade de colheita de feijão e soja verde. As alterações mais importantes deram-se na concepção dos eixos rotativos, agora dotados de anéis autotravantes e fixadores de hastes de relativa flexibilidade. Facilmente o operador pode liberar tais anéis via mecanismo de travamento da ponta dos eixos de modo a trocar hastes já desgastadas. Cada par de anéis idealmente aporta três hastes que são acopladas em forma de arco de modo que se tem duas pontas para cada baste, ou seja, cada par de anéis sustenta seis cerdas.
