Patente de Invenção: <B>"ALFA-SULFIN- E ALFA-SULFONAMINO AMIDAS áCIDAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a <244>-sulfin- e <244>-sulfonamino amidas ácidas da fórmula geral I incluindo os seus isómeros ópticos e misturas de tais isómeros, onde n é um número zero ou um; R~ 1~ é C~ 1~-C~ 2~ alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 12~ alquila substituída com C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquiltio, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquilsulfonila, C~ 3~-C~ 8~ cicloalquila, ciano, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alcoxi-carbonila, C~ 3~-C~ 6~ alqueniloxicarbonila ou C~ 3~-C~ 6~ alquiniloxicarbonila; C~ 3~-C~ 8~ cicloalquila; C~ 2~-C~ 12~ alquenila; C~ 2~-C~ 12~ alquinila; C~ 1~-C~ 12~ haloalquila; ou um grupo NR~ 12~R~ 13~ onde R~ 12~ e R~ 13~ são, cada um independentemente do outro, hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, ou juntos são tetra- ou penta-metileno; R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ são, cada um independentemente do outro, hidrogênio; C~ 1~-C~ 8~ alquila; C~ 1~-C~ 8~ alquila substituída com hidróxi, mercapto, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alcóxi ou C~ 1~-C~ 3~ alquiltio; C~ 3~-C~ 8~ alquenila; C~ 3~-C~ 8~ alquinila; C~ 3~-C~ 8~ cicloalquila; C~ 3~-C~ 8~ cicloalquil-C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila; ou os dois grupos R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ juntos com o átomo de carbono ao qual eles estão ligados formam um anel hidrocarbono de três a oito membros; R~ 4~, R~ 5~, R~ 6~ e R~ 7~ são, cada um independentemente do outro, hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila; R~ 8~ é C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, C~ 3~-C~ 6~ alquenila ou C~ 3~-C~ 6~ alquinila; R~ 9~, R~ 10~, R~ 14~, R~ 15~, R~ 16~ e R~ 17~ são, cada um independentemente do outro, hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila; A é fenila opcionalmente substituída, e à preparação dessas substâncias e a composições agroquímicas compreendendo pelo menos um desses compostos como ingrediente ativo. A invenção refere-se também à preparação das ditas composições e ao uso dos compostos ou das composições no controle ou prevenção da infestação de plantas por microorganismos fitopatogênicos, especialmente fungos.
