Abstract

"USO DE UM APARELHO, E, PROCESSO PARA COAGULAçãO ESSENCIALMENTE ISENTA DE SAL DE DISPERSõES DE PLáSTICOS OU DISPERSõES DE BORRACHA" A invenção refere-se a coagulação essencialmente isenta de sal, de dispersões de plásticos ou dispersões de borracha, usando forças de cisalhamento. Um dispositivo com pelo menos um elemento de cisalhamento (3) é usado para esta finalidade. O referido dispositivo possui um estator (7) e um rotor (9) disposto no interior do mesmo, sendo lisas as superfícies do estator e do rotor posicionadas uma de frente para a outra. Alternativamente, pelo menos o rotor tem uma estrutura configurada em sua superfície, que está voltada para o estator. Um intervalo (11) com uma largura de intervalo pré determinada está configurada entre o estator e o rotor. O processo é realizado de tal forma que a dispersão a ser coagulada é guiada através do intervalo (11) entre o estator (7) e o rotor (9) e precipitada por meio da rotação do rotor em uma velocidade de cisalhamento e com uma deformação de cisalhamento predeterminadas.
