Engrenagem de roda dentada de excêntrico, apresentando um acionamento de rotação (3) com um excêntrico (8), uma roda de excêntrico (10), montada girável nesse, com uma endentação (11) que coopera com uma endentação (14) de um arraste (15) por meio de engranzamento por segmento, sendo que, ainda a roda de excêntrico (10) apresenta elementos de condução (12a; 18, 19) que são conduzidos em uma parte de carcaça (6) estacionária direta ou indiretamente em recepções (106, 108). é proposto, que a parte de carcaça (6) seja executada em uma só parte e as recepções (106, 108) sejam ali dispostas passíveis de oscilar.
