Abstract

"PROCESSOS E SISTEMAS PARA GERAR E MANTER UM MAPA DE BORDAS DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE CONTROLE DE CéLULA ASSOCIADO A ESTAçõES BASE EM UMA REDE DE RADIO COMUNICAçõES" Um processo e sistema para gerar um mapa de bordas de transferência de controle de células em uma rede de radio comunicações, usa uma técnica de aprendizado e gravação de transferência de controle que identifica automaticamente e armazena as localizações de estações móveis na rede quando requisições de transferência de controle são iniciadas. Ao longo de um período suficiente de tempo, uma compilação dos lados de localização armazenados associados às requisições de transferência de controle da estação móvel, representarão uma "fotografia" completa das bordas de transferência de controle "que entram" e "que saem" para toda célula na rede.
