Abstract

Patende de Invenção: <B>"MATERIAL POLIMéRICO MOLDADO, INCLUSIVE MOLDADO POR INJEçãO MICROCELULAR E MATERIAL POLIMéRICO DE BAIXA DENSIDADE"<D>. A presente invenção proporciona sistemas e métodos de moldagem por injeção, de utilidade na fabricação de materiais microcelulares de espuma, assim como artigos microcelulares. A velocidade de queda de pressão e velocidade de cisalhamento são características importantes em algumas modalidades e a invenção fornece sistemas para controle desses parâmetros em um sistema de moldagem por injeção. Em outro aspecto, a invenção envolve um sistema de moldagem por injeção incluindo um nucleador que se encontra a montante de um molde pressurizado. Outro aspecto envolve um sistema de extrusão com um parafuso de modo alternativo para formação de uma solução de fase única de um material polimérico e agente de sopro não-nucleado. Um outro aspecto envolve um material microcelular de parede bastante fina, assim como um material polimérico de parede bastante fina.
