Abstract

PATENTE DE INVENçãO DE PROCEDIMENTOS DE MODELAçãO DE PEçAS SINTéTICAS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA A REALIZAçãO DO PROCEDIMENTO compreendendo a invenção corresponde ao âmbito do molde original de peças de matéria sintética segundo o tipo do gravado por injecção mediante a utilização de um compartimento de armazenagem que se comunica com o molde para a armazenagem temporal da massa de moldar. A tarefa da invenção consiste em melhorar o processo de gravado por injecção do tipo nomeado de forma a evitar possíveis falhos estruturais e reduzir a despesa com as rectificações mecânicas das peças de trabalho. A tarefa resolveu-se de acordo com a invenção, transportando a massa de moldar derretida antes da injecção a um compartimento de armazenagem dum compartimento de molde a um compartimento de armazenagem cujo volume corresponde virtualmente ao volume do compartimento de molde que tem um molde cilíndrico e está conectado com o compartimento de molde, o compartimento de armazenagem vai dar directamente ao compartimento de molde, e a massa de moldar é transportada por meio de um êmbolo com movimento axial situado no compartimento de armazenagem desde o compartimento de armazenagem até o compartimento de molde. No inicio do processo de injecção o êmbolo encontra-se situado num primeiro ponto morto no qual a parte inferior do êmbolo está rente com a margem do compartimento de armazenagem coincidindo assim com a parede lateral do compartimento de molde, de forma que uma pequena quantidade de massa de moldar acede directamente ao compartimento de molde. Logo após, o êmbolo desliza-se outra vez para dentro do cilindro. O compartimento de armazenagem que aumenta continuamente de volume fica tão cheio de massa de moldar nesta ocasião e virtualmente sem pressão, que a massa de moldar é conduzida continuamente até o núcleo de matéria sintética, até que o êmbolo alcança seu segundo ponto morto. Neste momento termina o abastecimento de massa de moldar. Posteriormente, o êmbolo é conduzido até pouco antes do seu primeiro ponto morto e com isto o compartimento de molde enche-se totalmente de massa de moldar. Para a recuperação das mesmas, os êmbolos são levados até o primeiro ponto morto durante o tempo de inactividade (fig.1).
