New isolated polypeptides and polynucleotides associated with the synthesis of plant cell wall polysaccharides are provided, along with genetic constructs comprising such sequences. Methods for using such constructs for modulating polysaccharide content in plants are also described, along with transgenic plants comprising such constructs.
