Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA CONTROLE INTEGRADO DE GASEIFICAçãO"<D>. Um sistema de controle integrado (ICS) para uma instalação de gaseificação controla a operação de um gaseificador e de outros componentes críticos da instalação de gaseificação. O ICS aperfeiçoa a performance de uma instalação de gaseificação por controlar a operação do gaseificador e de outros componentes críticos por um controlador integrado, ao invés do que por vários controladores independentes. O ICS é um subsistema de um sistema de controle distribuído maior que controla a operação da instalação de gaseificação. O ICS controla o seguinte: (i) proporção de oxigênio em relação ao carbono (O/C) em um gaseificador; (ii) demanda de singas ou a saída desejada de um gaseificador; (iii) constrangimentos de carga; (iv) fluxo moderador dentro de um gaseificador; (v) unidade de separação de ar (ASU); (vi) válvulas de ventilação do coletor de oxigênio; e (vii) pressão do coletor de singas.
