Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA HOMOGENEIZAçãO DE EMULSãO EM FORMA LìQUIDA PRESSURIZADA" A invenção está relacionada a processo para a homogeneização de uma emulsão em forma de líquido pressurizada, tal como o leite. O líquido é induzido a passar em pelo menos duas aberturas de homogeneização dispostas de forma concêntrica (12, 13) que são formadas no espaço entre duas superfícies estreitas (10, 11) em uma sede da válvula (2) fixa e duas superfície estreitas (14, 15) em um cone da válvula (1) móvel. Quando o líquido passa pelas aberturas de homogeneização (12, 13) ocorre uma primeira homogeneização. A homogeneização é tornada mais eficiente pelo fato de que o líquido, quando ele passa fora de uma das aberturas de homogeneização (12) em alta velocidade e em um espaço restrito, encontra o líquido fora de uma ou mais das outras aberturas de homogeneização (13).
