Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM TECIDO COMPOSTO E COMPOSTO DE TECIDO" , sendo que o composto de tecido compreende um tecido de base impregnado com um aglutinante de suspensão à base de água, tal como o látex, dito tecido compreendendo ainda fibra superabsorvente distribuída dentro deste para prover a emissão de água do dito aglutinante para promover a coagulação e a formação de filme de aglutinante. A fibra superabsorvente é incluída entre um limite inferior, no qual o nível de migração do aglutinante para a superfície do tecido é um nível aceitável para os níveis de porcentagem de sólido no aglutinante, e um limite superior, no qual o desempenho do composto de tecido em relação à abrasão e à força não é reduzido abaixo de níveis aceitáveis, e no qual a fibra superabsorvente não causa uma coagulação e uma absorção excessivamente rápidas do aglutinante.
