Abstract
"APARELHO DE MONITORAçãO PARA MONITORAR ACúMULO DE SUJEIRA EM UM CONDUTO, E, PROCESSO PARA OPERAR UM SISTEMA DE ENCANAMENTO" Um aparelho de monitoração (1) para monitorar acúmulo de sujeira em um tubo (6) que pode fazer parte de um sistema de encanamento incluindo um trocador de calor. O sistema de encanamento é usado, por exemplo, no tratamento a calor de leite e produtos de leite. O aparelho de monitoração (1) está em conexão térmica com o tubo (6) e inclui um corpo (2) capaz de ser aquecido por um aquecedor. A energia fornecida ao aquecedor é controlada e monitorada tal que uma mudança na entrada de energia para o aquecedor é indicativo de uma mudança no transferidor de calor para um fluido (8) que flui por meio de tubo (6). O calor do aparelho (1) causa acúmulo de sujeira localizada em uma parte do tubo (6) próxima ao corpo aquecido (2). O acúmulo de sujeira é tipico do acúmulo de sujeira no transferidor de calor.
