Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the measurement accuracy of the heat flow without giving any external disturbance to the subject to be measured by controlling the temperature difference to zero between the heat absorber and the heat generator put close to each other.
CONSTITUTION: Heat absorber 4 and heat generator 5 are installed at the high and low temperature sides each and in the state under which the heat flow exists. Then both sbsorber 4 and generator 5 are operated and controlled 7 to secure the temperature difference of zero between them in order to genetate the same amount of heat by 5 as that absorbed by 4 while measuring 6 the temperature difference between them. Thus the heat flow of the measured subject can be obtained by knowing the energy used for the control.
