Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODOS E MEIOS PARA EXPRESSãO DE POLIPEPTìDEOS DE MAMìFEROS EM PLANTAS MONOCOTILEDÈNEAS"<D>. Arroz, trigo e outras plantas monocotiledóneas sã transformadas com cassetes de expressão para produção de polipeptídeos de mamíferos tais como anticorpos. Sinais de retenção de retículo endoplasmático (ER), regiões não-traduzidas 5' e peptídeos líderes são empregados em várias combinações para fornecer alto rendimento de expressão. Complexos de multicadeias tais como anticorpos secretores de quatro-cadeias são produzidos por expressão de polipeptídeos dos componentes provenientes de vetores separados todos induzidos na mesma célula por transformação.
