Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMAS E MéTODOS PARA PRODUçãO DE ENERGIA DE RESERVA NãO INTERROMPìVEL PARA CARGAS DE CA USANDO CA RETIFICADA E BATERIA"<D>. Sistemas e métodos para a produção de energia de reserva não interrompível para uma carga de CA retificam uma tensão de entrada de instalação de CA para produzir a tensão retificada e ativar uma tensão de bateria de CA em resposta a uma mudança na tensão de entrada de instalação de CA para, desse modo, produzir uma tensão de reserva de CC. A tensão retificada e a tensão de reserva de CC são conectadas a uma carga de CA que inclui retificação de entrada para, desse modo, produzir energia de reserva não interrompível sem necessidade de inversores ou conversores caros, volumosos e/ou não confiáveis. A transferência sem emenda de energia pode ser proporcionada para suportar a carga de CA mediante falha da tensão de entrada da instalação de CA e mediante o estabelecimento da tensão de entrada da instalação de CA. A tensão de entrada da instalação de CA é, de preferência, retificada por um retificador de diodo, mais preferivelmente, o retificador de diodo de onda completa, incluindo pelo menos quatro diodos, para produzir a tensão retificada. Uma chave de diodo é usada para ativar a tensão de CC da bateria em resposta a uma mudança na tensão de entrada da instalação de CA para, desse modo, produzir a tensão de reserva de CC. A chave de diodo pode incluir o diodo separado e uma chave eletrónica ou eletromecânica. Alternativamente, a chave de diodo pode ser um elemento único tal como um tiristor. O retificador de diodo e o diodo e a chave são conectados em uma conexão de diodo-OR que proporciona a energia de reserva não interrompível para a saída do UPS. A conexão de diodo-OR permite que a fonte mais forte suporte a carga de CA em todos os momentos.
