Abstract

DISPOSITIVO CAPAZ DE SINALIZAR A CONDIçãO DE ENCHIMENTO EM PNEUMáTICOS Um dispositivo capaz de sinalizar a condição de enchimento em pneumáticos compreende: um envoltório externo (1) girando com uma sede ranhurada (4) que pode ser rosqueada numa junção (5) de uma válvula de enchimento (6); um êmbolo (11) disposto na sede (17) fechada por uma lâmina deformável (18); uma sanfona (10) separando a primeira câmara (20) localizada sobre o êmbolo (11) de uma segunda câmara (15) definida sob o êmbolo (11); a lâmina (18) apresenta uma curvatura para baixo quando a pressão atmosférica atua na sede (17) e a pressão do pneumático atua na primeira câmara (20), tendo um valor maior que um valor pré-estabelecido; uma terceira câmara (16) conectada à primeira câmara (20) é delimitada pela parede externa da sanfona (10) e a parede interna do envoltório (1); uma quarta câmara (26) é encontrada dentro do tubo (5), sendo a mesma separada da segunda câmara (15) quando o bastão do êmbolo (11) veda a junta de vadação (25); dutos (12, 14, 21) conectam as câmaras (16, 20) à câmara (15) e à atmosfera (27) quando a pressão do pneumático cai abaixo de um valor pré-estabelecido.
