Abstract
"FRAGMENTO DE DNA QUE DIRECIONA NATURALMENTE A EXPRESSãO DE UM GENE VEGETAL QUE CODIFICA A HEXOSE OXIDASE, PORçãO OU VARIANTE DE UM FRAGMENTO DE DNA, SEQuêNCIA DE DNA QUIMéRICO, RéPLICON, MICROORGANISMO, CéLULA VEGETAL, VEGETAL, PARTE DE UM VEGETAL SELECIONADA DE SEMENTES, FLORES, TUBéRCULOS, RAìZES, FOLHAS, FRUTOS, PóLEN E MADEIRA, E, USOS DE UMA SEQuêNCIA DE DNA QUIMéRICO, E DE UMA PORçãO OU VARIANTE". Esta invenção descreve promotores indutíveis por patógeno que normalmente direcionam a expressão das hexose oxidases vegetais, especialmente aquelas que podem ser isoladas do Helianthus anuus e do Lactuca sativa, mais especificamente aqueles promotores que naturalmente são as regiões reguladoras que direcionam a expressão da hexose oxidase MS59 e WL64, respectivamente, também reivindicados estão as construções quiméricas onde estes promotores indutíveis por patógeno direcionam a expressão de proteínas anti-patogênicas ou de proteínas que possam evocar uma resposta hipersensível.
