Abstract

"ROTOR PARA UM SEPARADOR CENTRìFUGO" Em um rotor para um separador centrífugo, em uma extremidade do rotor está delimitada uma câmara de distribuição (24) para um líquido pressurizado fornecido ao rotor para ser limpo de partículas, e na extremidade oposta do rotor existem saídas de líquido arranjadas para acionamento por reação do rotor. As saídas de líquido se abrem do lado de fora do rotor em um espaço livre de líquido, espaçado radialmente do eixo de rotação do rotor. A câmara de separação (7) do rotor que é situada entre a câmara de distribuição (24) e as saídas (27), contém discos de separação arqueadas (11), os quais são distribuídos ao redor do eixo de rotação (10) do rotor e formados de tal maneira que é delimitada uma quantidade de canais de separação que se estendem axialmente, os quais tem uma resistência relativamente pequena de escoamento direto para líquido a ser limpo. Os canais de separação se estendem axialmente a partir da câmara de distribuição (24) até uma câmara de coleta (25). A câmara de coleta (25) se comunica com uma câmara de saída (26) em um nível radial no rotor, que corresponde àquele das partes radialmente mais internas dos discos de separação. Por meio de invenção pode ser conseguida separação eficiente e a maior parte possível da pressão do líquido fornecido pode ser utilizada para a rotação do rotor.
