Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE REALIZAçãO DE UMA PEçA DE CARROCERIA DE VEìCULO AUTOMóVEL POR INJEçãO DE UM MATERIAL PLáSTICO, PROCESSO DE INJEçãO SEQuENCIAL DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO, MOLDE PARA EXECUTAR ESSES PROCESSOS, E PEçA FEITA DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO ASSIM OBTIDA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo de realização de uma peça de carroceria (1) de veículo automóvel por injeção seq³encial de um material plástico em um molde alimentado por um ou vários canais frios, que consiste em preencher primeiramente uma primeira região de extremidade (A) do molde, e depois uma segunda região (B) adjacente à primeira, e em repetir a operação que consiste em preencher sempre uma nova região adjacente à precedente, até atingir uma última região (C) de extremidade do molde, oposta à primeira região (A). Obtura-se cada canal frio como o auxílio de uma haste fina axialmente móvel em uma perfuração que intercepta o canal frio, a seção longitudinal da haste recobrindo a seção transversal do canal.
