Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TUBO FLEXìVEL PARA USO ESTáTICO EM UM AMBIENTE CORROSIVO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um tubo flexível para portar fluidos sob pressão contendo H~ 2~S. O tubo compreende um corpo (7), uma bainha de vedação interna (8), pelo menos uma camada de armadura de aço (9, 10) que suporta os esforços induzidos pela diferença de pressão interna / externa, pelo menos uma camada de armadura de aço resistente à tração (11, 12) enrolada em forma de espiral em um ângulo de menos de 45° em relação ao eixo do tubo. Neste tubo, pelo menos a camada de armadura que suporta os esforços induzidos pela diferença de pressão interna / externa é feita de um determinado aço que se adequa aos critérios de resistência a H~ 2~S, e pelo menos a camada de armadura resistente à tração é feita de fios de aço que não se adequam aos critérios de resistência a H~ 2~S. A invenção também se refere a um método de projeto de um tubo flexível pretendido para portar fluidos sob pressão contendo H~ 2~S.
