Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA FIXAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO AUXILIAR DE BARBEAR A UMA LâMINA, E PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA LâMINA DESCARTáVEL COM PELO MENOS UM ELEMENTO AUXILIAR DE BARBEAR, E, LâMINA DE BARBEAR DESCARTáVEL OU CARTUCHO". Um processo de fixação de um elemento auxiliar de barbear (38, 42) e uma lâmina de barbear (10) é descrito, que inclui a etapa de extrusão do elemento auxiliar de barbear para formar um fio (50) do material auxiliar de barbear. O fio é então enrolado em um carretel contínuo (48) para armazenamento. Durante o conjunto, o fio é alimentado para um soldador/cortador ultra-sónico (62) para cortar o fio em um comprimento predeterminado e para soldar o elemento auxiliar de barbear a uma lâmina.
