Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA ACUTILAR FIO TêXTIL, APLICADOR PARA APLICAR MATERIAL DE ESPUMA A UM SUBSTRATO VIAJANDO OU A UMA FOLHA DE TIRAS ALINHADAS INDIVIDUAIS". Um sistema para acutilar fio têxtil tendo um aplicador de espuma nele para pré-umedecer a folha de fios antes de passar através de caixa de goma. A espuma é fornecida sob pressão e um membro de lastro resiliente se opõe à ranhura para criar um espaço para espuma no lado oposto da folha de fios da ranhura para aplicação de espuma a ambos lados da folha de fios. Uma folha de cobertura flexível cobre a superfície do membro de lastro e é deslocada para substituir uma porção gasta com uma porção não gasta oposta à ranhura. Um conjunto de válvula está incorporado do aplicador para fechar a passagem para a ranhura e permitir fluxo de desvio da espuma. Blocos de selos de extremidade têm câmara externa metálica rígida contatando superfícies e material resiliente interior das superfícies para pressionar as superfícies contra as laterais da câmara adjacentes à ranhura. Uma pluralidade de tubos horizontais pode ser usada como uma alternativa à ranhura com um ou mais fios viajando através de cada tubo.
