Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DO EIXO DE SAìDA PARA CAIXAS DE TRANSMISSãO MANUAIS AUXILIARES". Uma transmissão manual tem uma caixa de engrenagens principal em um caixa auxiliar com um eixo de entrada estendendo-se ao longo de um eixo da primeira extremidade que se estende para a caixa auxiliar para transmitir força à caixa auxiliar. A caixa auxiliar tem um eixo de saída tendo uma segunda extremidade adjacente ao eixo de entrada e coaxial ao eixo para transmitir força da caixa auxiliar. Uma primeira engrenagem é suportada pelo eixo de entrada na primeira extremidade e uma segunda e terceira engrenagens são suportadas pelo eixo de saída. Pelo menos um contra-eixo tendo quarta, quinta e sexta engrenagens fixadas a um eixo engata a primeira, segunda ou terceira engrenagens, respectivamente. Um sincronizador e um anel de embreagem são suportador pelo eixo de saída para engatar uma dentre a primeira, segunda ou terceira engrenagens. A disposição elimina um eixo intermediário que era necessário na técnica anterior.
