Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA ALIMENTAR GáS PRé-MISTURADO àS VENTANEIRAS DAS FORNALHAS DE ARCO ELéTRICO"<D>. Método de alimentar as ventaneiras em uma fornalha elétrica, as ventaneiras compreendendo um conduto central para fornecer uma substância gasosa comburente e um conduto periférico para fornecer uma substância gasosa de resfriamento, o método proporcionando enviar para o conduto central uma mistura comburente que consiste em oxigênio e de um gás neutro sendo (N~ 2~, Ar, etc.) em porcentagens definidas, o oxigênio e o gás neutro sendo alimentados, para cada uma das ventaneiras, para um dispositivo de mistura (13) com uma alta capacidade de mistura, pelo menos a pressão do gás neutro sendo capaz de ser ajustada sobre a relativa linha de alimentação de modo a modular a pressão da mistura de acordo com as características do processo de fundição. Dispositivo para alimentar uma substância gasosa comburente para uma ventaneira para uma fornalha elétrica, o dispositivo compreendendo pelo menos uma linha para alimentar o oxigênio e pelo menos uma linha para alimentar o gás neutro, as duas linhas sendo conectadas a jusante de um dispositivo de mistura (13) com uma alta capacidade de mistura, disposto imediatamente a montante da relativa ventaneira, cada uma das linhas compreendendo pelo menos um meio para modular e/ou estabilizar a pressão de fornecimento.
