Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE GRAVAR INFORMAçãO EM TEMPO REAL E REPRODUZIR PARâMETROS RELACIONADOS AO MESMO SOBRE UM VEìCULO DE GRAVAçãO" Um processo e dispositivo para gravar informação em tempo real sobre um veículo de gravação, por exemplo, vídeo sobre um disco óptico. A informação é arranjada de acordo com um formato de gravação, por exemplo, vídeo DVD, para ser reproduzível em reprodutores padronizados. A informação é subdividida em unidades e parâmetros de reprodução para reproduzir seq³ências das unidades incluídas nas unidades. O formato prescreve ponteiros à frente para unidades que ficam localizadas a uma grande distância da unidade que inclui os ponteiros à frente. Entretanto, para gravação doméstica, é necessário que uma gravação seja feita em um passo, ou seja, o vídeo deve ser gravado diretamente em sua localização final sem um grande buffer. Assim, o dispositivo possui um buffer pequeno(30) e uma unidade processadora (20, 28) para determinar ponteiros para unidades próximas baseado no conteúdo de buffer, enquanto valores para os ponteiros apontando para longe à frente são ajustados arbitrariamente, baseados em unidades próximas e/ou valores nominais indicando que a unidade destinada a ser apontada não existe. Dispositivos de reprodução normais podem ainda reproduzir o material gravado em modos de reprodução de velocidade acelerada com apenas pequenos desvios na velocidade de escaneamento à frente.
