Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE FOLHA DE AçO LAMINADO A FRIO EM RESISTêNCIAS AO ENVELHECIMENTO NATURAL E PROPRIEDADES DO PAINEL''<D>. A presente invenção fornece um processo de fabricação de uma folha de aço laminado a frio e de uma folha de aço revestida com zinco imersa a quente que tem excelentes propriedades e superfície, uma excelente resistência ao envelhecimento natural e uma excelente resistência ao amassamento de painel e, assim, adaptada à fabricação da folha de aço para painéis externos de veículos. O processo compreende as etapas de preparação de aço que consiste de 0,005 até 0,012% em peso de C, 0,01 ate 0,4% em peso de Si, 0,15 até 1,0% em peso de Mn, 0,01 até 0,08% em peso de P, no máximo 0,02% em peso de S, 0,01 até 0,1% em peso de Sol. Al., máximo 0,004% em peso N e pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste de 0,01 até 0,2% em peso de Nb e 0,04 até 0,1% em peso de Ti, e que satisfaz a condição 1,2 <243> (12/93) (Nb%/C%) + (12,48) (Ti*%/C%) <243> 2,5, aplicando uma laminação a quente e uma laminação a frio ao aço, deixando de molho a folha de aço laminado a frio a T(°^ C^) que satisfaz a fórmula Ac3 <242> 157log(X) + 737 e resfriando a folha de aço após a etapa de molho a uma taxa e resfriamento que satisfaz a fórmula R(°^ C^/segundo) <243> -35 + 162/X. Ti*% (representado acima) = Ti% -(48/14)N% -(48/32)S%. Quanto Ti* na equação acima não for maior do que O, Ti* é considerado O.
