Abstract
''CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA DE ACELERADOR ELETRICAMENTE OPERADA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO''. Um conjunto de válvula de acelerador eletricamente operada 110 tendo um eixo de acelerador 18 com uma porção de extensão exteriormente ao corpo de acelerador 12. O rotor 166 é montado na porção de extensão do eixo 18. Um alojamento 80 concentricamente envolve o rotor 166 e inclui uma parede traseira 86 à qual o estator 134 é ligado. O estator 134 tendo uma pluralidade de segmentos de pólos circunferencialmente espaçados 136, 138, cada um com uma bobina 148, 150, é montado à parede traseira 86 em balanço sobre um segundo eixo 92 e concentricamente dentro do rotor 166. O rotor cilíndrico óco 166 com vários imãs 72, 74 dispostos sobre a periferia interna tem uma flange de alma radial 168 e um cubo 170 que é acionadamente ligado a uma extremidade da porção de extensão do eixo 18 com o rotor 166 aninhado sobre os segmentos de pólos de estator 136, 138. A orientação dos imãs do rotor 72, 74 e segmentos de pólos de estator 136, 138 com a borboleta 16 é inerente no conjunto. Calibração pós-montagem é desnecessária.
