Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE PARTICULADOS"<D>. Um aparelho que inclui: um conduto conectado operacionalmente a uma fonte e que se estende para baixo a partir dela, dito conduto sendo adaptado para permitir um fluxo de material particulado a partir da fonte através do conduto; um bocal de fluidificação conectado operacionalmente ao conduto e que se estende para baixo a partir dele, o bocal definindo uma entrada para receber material a partir do conduto e definindo uma saída para distribuir material a partir do bocal até um recipiente, a entrada definindo uma área de seção transversal de entrada perpendicular ao fluxo do material e a saída definindo uma área de seção transversal de saída perpendicular ao fluxo do material, a área de seção transversal de entrada sendo maior que a área de seção transversal de saída; o bocal sendo adaptado com uma camada de pressão que inclui uma abertura de entrada para receber gás comprimido e uma câmara adaptada para comunicar o gás até as paredes porosas do bocal, e uma abertura de saída para engatar uma fonte de vácuo para evacuar continuamente o recipiente enquanto o bocal está engatado com o recipiente; um transportador localizado no mínimo parcialmente no interior do conduto, o transportador auxiliando a fornecer o fluxo de material a partir da fonte até o recipiente, e uma válvula eletromagnética localizada adjacente a no mínino uma porção do conduto, a válvula eletromagnética sendo adaptada para fornecer uma força magnética ao material no conduto até que um segundo recipiente substitua o primeiro recipiente, a força magnética sendo suficiente para restringir ou parar o fluxo do material através do bocal.
