Abstract

"PROCESSADOR INDUSTRIAL DE ALIMENTOS". Refere-se a presente patente a um processador industrial de alimentos, que tem a finalidade de oferecer um novo equipamento de grande performance, baixo custo de fabricação, fácil manuseio, modular, automático, semi-automático ou manual, destinado ao corte de folhas de forma simétrica e em grande quantidade. O presente processador de alimentos apresenta um novo conceito no preparo de alimentos, tendo como fator básico diferencial suas unidades modulares e uma série de discos (7) de corte projetados e dispostos de forma particular, destinados a picar verduras de folha, simetricamente, em grande quantidade. Essas unidades podem ser acopladas linearmente utilizando a mesma fonte de energia motriz para ampliação do volume de alimentos processados. Cada uma dessas unidades modulares possui ajustes que permitem que sejam utilizados os mesmos padrões em todas as unidades ou cada uma delas poderá ter regulagens específicas diferenciadas e passíveis de inúmeras combinações para cada finalidade, sendo basicamente constituído de uma estrutura onde são montados os módulos e reservatório de legumes, sendo que a carcaça (1) possui eixos (2) e (3), anéis elásticos (4), que em suas laterais têm sulcos direcionais (fêmea), onde são encaixadas os suportes (5) e (6) dos discos (7), sendo que na face frontal da carcaça (1), são montadas os eixos (2) e (3), com os rolamentos (8), tampa de encosto (9), polia (11), chaveta (12), engrenagem (13), chaveta (14) e ainda por possuir uma única seção para montagem de um ou vários módulos completos, onde cada módulo ou seção é composto dos mesmos suportes (5) e (6) dos discos (7), pentes (16), espaçadores (17), etc.
