Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CATALISADOR SUPORTADO PARA A PRODUçãO DE MONÈMERO DE ACETATO DE VINILA"<D>. Os moldes baseados em óxidos mistos produzidos de forma pirogênica, apresentando os seguintes parâmetros físico-químicos: - Diâmetro externo: 0,8-25 mm - área de superfície BET: 5-400 m²/g - Volume do poro: 0,2-1,8 ml/g - Resistência à fratura: 5 a 350 N - Composição: pelo menos dois do grupo de SiO~ 2~, Al~ 2~O~ 3~, TiO~ 2~ e ZrO~ 2~ em qualquer combinação desejada, mas com a exceção de óxidos mistos de SiO~ 2~/Al~ 2~O~ 3~, nos quais está presente > 75% em peso de SiO~ 2~. - Outros constituintes: < 1% em peso - Densidade volumétrica: 250-1500 g/l, podem ser produzidos mediante homogeneização do óxido misto produzido de forma pirogênica, caso desejado com um ou mais compostos do grupo metilcelulose, metilhidroxietilcelulose, cera, estearato de magnésio, estearato de alumínio e/ou polietilenoglicol com adição de água, secagem do produto a uma temperatura de 70-150°C, opcionalmente fragmentando-o para produzir um pó, opcionalmente comprimindo o pó para produzir moldes e executar tratamento térmico por um período de 0,5 a 10 horas, a uma temperatura de 400 a 1200°C. Esses moldes são depois revestidos com componentes adequados ativos para produção de monómero de acetato de vinila usando o processo de fase gasosa.
