Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"TERMISTOR".<D> A invenção refere-se a um termistor constituído por material de mistura de óxido com coeficiente de temperatura negativo da resistividade elétrica assim como um processo para a sua fabricação com base na técnica de camada fina e/ou de camada espessa, assim como seu emprego. O material de mistura de óxido possui uma composição segundo a fórmula geral Ln~1-~y~M~y~A~1~-~x~B~x~O~3~, onde Ln é pelo menos um elemento de terra ou uma mistura do mesmo, M é pelo menos um elemento da série alcalino-terrosa, A é um metal de transição tri- ou tetravalente e B é um metal bi- ou trivalente estável-redox. Os termistores de acordo com a invenção apresentam, com relação aos termistores -PTC ou NTC do atual estado tecnológico, a vantagem de que fornecem valores de medida reproduzíveis também no caso de processo não -oxidantes com baixo contéudo de oxigênio, são estáveis ao longo do tempo e que, no caso de temperaturas relativamente baixas apresentam uma condutividade elétrica elevada mesmo no caso em que os termistores de acordo com a invenção estejam em forma de uma camada fina.
