Abstract
<B> PROCESSO DE LAMINAçãO PARA MATERIAL EM FORMA DE BARRA, ESPECIALMENTE AçO EM BARRAS OU ARAMES<D> A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de laminação para material de laminação (5), em formato de barras, especialmente aço em barras ou arames (5) em um laminador (1) com dois cilindros de trabalho (8), reciprocamente aplicável em uma direção de aplicação (x) através de uma unidade de cilindro hidráulica (12) que compõe juntamente um calibre laminador com uma fenda de laminação real (s~ 1~), de maneira que o material de laminação (5) abandona o laminador (1) com uma altura real (h~ 0~) e uma largura real (b~ 0~) com uma velocidade de laminação (v~ 0~ ), sendo que o material (5) é laminado com uma forma de laminação (f~ 1~). De acordo com a invenção está previsto que - é registrada a força de laminação real (f~ 1~), - baseado na força de laminação real (f~1 ~) é determinado um molejamento de fenda de laminação condicionado pela força de laminação (<SYM>s~ 1~), - baseado no molejamento da fenda de laminação(<SYM>s~ 1~) resulatante da força de laminação e de uma fenda de laminação teórica (s~1 ~), um valor de correção de aplicação de cilindro ( <SYM>s~1 ~) é de tal modo que a fenda de laminação real (s~1 ~) é aproximada da fenda de laminação teórica (s~1 ~), e - uma aplicação de cilindro (a~1 ~) dentro do tempo de regulagem estrutural (t) é modificado pelo valor de correção de aplicação de cilindro (<SYM>s~1 ~). figura 3.
