Abstract

Patente de Invenção; <B>"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE BARRICAS COM BATOQUES E BARRICAS COM TAMPAS, DE PLáSTICO, E PROCESSO PARA RECONDIMENTOS DE BARRICAS COM BATOQUES"<D>. No processo para a fabricação de barricas com batoques e barricas com tampa de plástico, os corpos de barricas com batoques com uma camisa cilíndrica, um fundo inferior e um fundo superior com ao menos um batoque com um abertura fechável para enchimento e esvaziamento das barricas bem como um anel portante superior configurado para aplicação de um captador de barrica, são produzidos a sopro de forma inteiriça de forma conhecida. Para a fabricação de barricas com tampa, o fundo superior será seccionado concêntricamente para com o eixo da barrica a partir dos corpos de barrica com batoque resfriado, já de maneira que o anel portante superior passa a formar a borda da abertura dos corpos de barrica da tampa. A seguir, na borda da abertura dos corpos de barrica com tampa será presa uma tampa simples ou uma tampa de batoque com vedação, realizando este processo por meio de uma anel tensor.
