Abstract
<B>SISTEMA DE ELEVAçãO DE PETRóLEO POR BOMBEAMENTO PNEUMáTICO<D> A invenção trata de um sistema pneumático de elevação de petróleo, para ser aplicado em poços, surgentes ou não, preferencialmente com baixos índices de produtividade ou com baixa presão estática. Basicamente, consiste na pressurização e despressurização cíclicas de uma câmara de armazenamento (11) de petróleo, posicionada na porção inferior do poço. Dita pressurização, por meio da injeção de gás, força a elevação do fluido acumulado na câmara de armazenamento (11) através da coluna de produção (7). Após certo esvaziamento da câmara de armazenamento (11), a mesma é despressurizada, possibilitando um novo enchimento. Quando da despressurização dessa câmara (11), o gás pode ser desviado para o espaço anular entre a coluna de produção (7) e um tubo auxiliar de elevação (20), onde contribui para aumentar a altura da coluna de fluido possível de ser elevada. Um subsistema de controle é responsável pela ciclagem do funcionamento. A despressurização do fundo do poço, durante parte do ciclo de funcionamento do sistema, melhora as condições de recuperação de petróleo do reservatório.
