Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE DOENçAS INFLAMATóRIAS E MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE CONDIçãO OU DOENçA MEDIADA POR MMPS E/OU TNF E/OU AGRECANASE" A presente invenção refere-se a moléculas que inibem metaloproteinases, incluindo agrecanase, e a produção de fator de necrose de tumor (TNF). Particularmente, os compostos são inibidores de metaloproteinases envolvidas na degradação de tecidos e inibidores da liberação de fator de necrose de tumor. A presente invenção também se refere a composições farmacêuticas compreendendo tais compostos e métodos de utilização de tais compostos para o tratamento de doenças inflamatórias.
