Abstract

''APARELHO DE SECAGEM PARA GRãOS DE CAFé E CULTURAS SIMILARES'' A invenção é um sistema secador de fluxo de ar convectivo para grãos de café e outras tais culturas, que inclui um recipiente de matéria-prima removível. O recipiente empilhável, removível possui pelo menos uma estrutura de passagem de ar interior se estendendo de preferência, da superfície de fundo e de parede lateral para próximo do topo do recipiente. A estrutura de fluxo de ar é configurada para admitir, fluir e transferir ar livremente, incluindo ar carregado de umidade, através de um orifício ou respiradouro no fundo ou na parede lateral, sobre seu comprimento e largura para dentro e para fora dos grãos de café e outras culturas ou matéria-prima a ser secada, e para fora do topo do recipiente. O sistema de secagem e os recipientes são configurados para direcionar o fluxo de ar total do sistema secador através do recipiente ou série de recipientes interconectados quando no lugar, e para facilmente remover os recipientes do secador para esvaziar, reabastecer e reutilizar.
