Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM CORPO DE PROVAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de um corpo de provas a partir de uma quantidade de material de partida para preparação posterior de uma peça moldada de um material composto de Al~ 2~O~ 3~/ alumineto de titânio, a uma quantidade de material de partida, assim como a um corpo de provas. A partir da quantidade de material de partida, além de titânio, particularmente como óxido, ainda são adicionados carbono e/ou seus precursores, preenchedores e aglutinantes, caso um corpo moldado seja prensado. O corpo moldado é submetido a uma temperatura de conversão a um tratamento de temperatura para formação do corpo de provas estável a pressão. Aqui o preenchedor, e opcionalmente também o aglutinante, são termicamente removidos. O corpo de provas é previsto para posterior preenchimento com alumínio e/ou uma liga de alumínio sob pressão, sendo que o preenchimento ocorre a uma temperatura de conversão, que está disposta acima da temperatura de conversão e onde os materiais do corpo de provas preenchido e o alumínio são reagidos por meio de uma reação de corpos sólidos, abaixo da temperatura de preenchimento, para formar um corpo de ligação de Al~ 2~O~ 3~/ alumineto de titânio.
