Abstract
''PORTA-FERRAMENTA COM INDUTOR DE REFRIGERANTE TIPO ROTOR''. Um porta-ferramenta (1) é provido para receber, pressurizar e conduzir um fluxo externo (3) de refrigerante a uma ferramenta de corte rotativa, sem contenção mecânica entre o porta-ferramenta (1) e o fluxo de refrigerante (3). O porta-ferramenta (1) inclui uma haste (9), conectável de forma fixável a um eixo acionador rotativo, um adaptador (11), tal como um mandril de pinça (31), para conectar uma ferramenta de corte rotativa à haste (9), e um indutor de refrigerante (13), montado entre a haste (9) e o adaptador (11). O indutor de refrigerante (13) é formado de um conjunto de rotor (15), com uma pluralidade de aberturas receptoras de refrigerante (54), uniformemente espaçadas ao redor de sua periferia, para receber um fluxo incontido de refrigerante. Uma passagem (16) está provida ao longo do eixo geográfico de rotação do adaptador (11), para receber e conduzir o refrigerante pressurizado pelo conjunto de rotor (15) a uma ferramenta de corte fixa no adaptador (11).
