Abstract

"COPOLìMERO SOLúVEL EM áLCALI ASSOCIATIVO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM COPOLìMERO ASSOCIATIVO, E, UTILIZAçãO DE UM COPOLìMERO". Esta invenção refere-se a um copolímero associativo solúvel em álcali pelo fato de que o dito copolímero compreende aproximadamente: (A) 15 a 60% em peso de pelo menos um monómero mono- ou dicarboxílico <244>, <225>-etilenicamente insaturado em C~ 3~ a C~ 8~; (B) 15 a 80% em peso de pelo menos um monómero <244>, <225>-etilenicamente insaturado em C~ 2~ a C~ 12~ não iónico e copolimerizável; (C) 1 a 20% em peso de pelo menos um monómero bifílico etilenicamente insaturado não iónico de fórmula geral (I): (D) 1 a 10% em peso de pelo menos um monómero etilenicamente insaturado que contém pelo menos duas funções hidroxilas vicinais ou um grupamento precursor destas funções. Ela visa igualmente um processo de preparação do dito polímero e sua aplicação no campo do revestimento de papel.
