Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MISTURA GRAXA"<D>. é preparada uma mistura graxa à base de óleos, graxas e/ou lecitinas com um teor de ácidos graxos várias vezes insaturados. Esta mistura graxa destaca-se pelo fato, de que os ácido graxos ácido gamalinolênico, ácido estearidónico e ácido eicosapentaênico perfazem juntos 10 até 500 mg/g de ácidos graxos totais e o ácido gama-linolênico e o ácido eicosapentaênico perfazem em cada caso 20 até 50%, em peso e o ácido estearidónico perfaz 15 até 50%, em peso, da soma destes ácidos graxos. Esta mistura graxa também pode ser incorporada em um agente farmacêutico, especialmente em um alimento dietético e serve especialmente para a administração em pacientes com doenças inflamatórias/crónicas, com perturbações do metabolismo graxo, com função imunológica enfraquecida e/ou com capacidade lipolítica limitada do trato gastrintestinal.
