Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE ENZIMAS AMILASES"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para a produção de novas enzimas amilases usando-se mutação aleatória de DNA que codifica uma enzima amilase, seguido por isolamento de enzima amilase através de avaliação da capacidade de hidrolizar determinados amidos na presença de determinados ingredientes para composição de limpeza.
