Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MOLA DE VáLVULA DE PRESSãO"<D>.Válvula de pressão para um compressor, particularmente, uma máquina de refrigeração de tamanho pequeno, hermeticamente encapsulada, que compreende os seguintes elementos: uma placa de válvula (33), uma tampa cilíndrica (40), que compreende uma placa de base substancialmente quadrada, com paredes cilíndricas formadas na mesma, sendo que a placa de válvula (33) e a tampa cilíndrica (40) estão unidas mutuamente por meio de elementos de fixação, e com uma vedação (58) disposta entre as mesmas, e uma mola de válvula (23) disposta no volume circundado pela placa de válvula (33)e pela tampa cilíndrica (40), um elemento calcador (21), substancialmente em forma de U, com pinos e pernas esquadriadas e, opcionalmente, um elemento de amortecimento (27), sendo que a mola de válvula, o elemento de amortecimento e o elemento calcador estão dispostos nessa seq³ência acima do assento de válvula. A fim de reduzir decisivamente a quantidade de trabalho de produção e possibilitar uma premontagem do elemento calcador, incluindo a mola de válvula e o elemento de amortecimento, com a placa de válvula, está previsto que a placa de válvula (33) esteja dotada de uma disposição plana e compreenda furos (36) e pinos (15, 16a, 16b), que correspondem aos furos (36) dispostos no elemento calcador (21), sendo que a distância dos pinos (15, 16a, 16b) um do outro é ligeiramente diferente da distância dos furos (36) um do outro, de modo que durante a inserção na placa de válvula (33) ocorre uma tensão inicial do elemento calcador, que garante a retenção dos elementos sobre a placa de válvula.
