Abstract
''PROCESSOS E SISTEMAS PARA PRESERVAR A QUALIDADE DE SERVIçO DENTRO DE UM SISTEMA DE RADIOTELECOMUNICAçõES DIGITAL E PARA CONTROLAR O ACESSO A UM SISTEMA CELULAR DE RADIOTELECOMUNICAçõES POR UMA ESTAçãO MóVEL''. Sistema para a inibição da transmissão de um mensagem de solicitação de acesso de uma estação móvel, quando o sistema é incapaz de conceder acesso na classe de serviço desejada pela móvel ou o acesso pela móvel naquela classe de serviço aumentaria o nível de interferência da estação de base alvo ou uma estação de base vizinha além de sua capacidade de interferência. Em uma concretização, cada estação de base (BS) difunde um parâmetro de acesso de taxa dados máxima e qualquer móvel (MSm) recebendo aquele parâmetro e procurando acesso em uma taxa de dados maior se abstém de transmitir uma mensagem de solicitação de acesso. Em outra concretização, cada móvel (MSm) calcula, a partir de perda de rota, para a estação de base (BSj) o nível de potência em que ela deve transmitir, a fim de ganhar acesso, bem como o efeito daquela transmissão sobre o nível de interferência de estação de base alvo (BS1) e as estações de base vizinhas (BS2, BSj). Se a transmissão no nível de potência requerido aumentar o nível de interferência de qualquer estação de base (BSj) além de sua capacidade máxima, a transmissão é inibida. O sistema é mais efetivo em sistemas de rádio celulares móveis de CDMA.
