Abstract

"APARELHO DE DEPOSIçãO DE GOTìCULAS E PROCESSOS DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". Uma cabeça de impressão piezelétrica ou outro aparelho de deposição de gotículas tem canais contendo líquido paralelos, definidos por uma base e paredes deslocáveis e cobertos por uma cobertura integral. Cada um dos canais tem pelo menos um bocal para ejeção de gotículas. Cada bocal pode ser disposto na base, a cobertura tendo então duas partes de suprimento de tinta espaçadas longitudinalmente sobre os lados opostos do bocal. Alternativamente, dois bocais espaçados longitudinalmente podem ser proporcionados na base de cada canal. A cobertura pode ter uma trilha condutora conectada aos eletrodos deslocadores da parede, os pontos de conexão sendo fora dos canais. 1
