Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMBINAçãO DE FLUXO DE ROTOR PARA UMA CâMARA DE TRITURADOR DE MINéRIO"<D>. Em um triturador de minério giratório, um método de ou localizar o desgaste sobre uma ponta de desgaste (1) dentro do triturador e/ou focalizar a saída do rotor (7) para dentro da sua câmara de interação e/ou reduzir a erosão do minério do exterior do rotor (7) pelas partículas de pedaços de minério energizadas pela emissão do rotor (7). O triturador de minério giratório é de um tipo que tem um rotor (7) dentro do qual os pedaços de minério a serem reduzidos em tamanho, isto é triturados, são alimentados por cima e pelo menos substancialmente axialmente em relação ao eixo geométrico de rotação do rotor (7) para dali migrar sobre um local ou locais exatos de aceleração de migração via um leito retido ou leitos retidos de pedaços de minério do rotor (7) substancialmente radialmente em relação ao rotor (7) para dentro da câmara de interação circundante capaz de reter o revestimento do material de minério. O método compreende ou incluir reter o ou cada leito retido de rotor (7) de pedaços de minério com um meio como um dique que define uma borda de sacrifício ou ponta de desgaste (1) sobre pelo menos substancialmente a extensão transversal de um local exato de migração em cada borda.
