Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"INSTALAçõES GERADORAS DE ENERGIA ACIONADAS POR TURBINA A GáS METANOL REFORMADO DE ALTA EFICIêNCIA''<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um metanol reformado de alta eficiência (gás de síntese) para instalação geradora de energia acionada por turbina a gás. A invenção utiliza uma Turbina a Vapor de Pressão de Retorno (BPT) para maximizar a eficiência térmica e a produção de energia de um sistema de geração de energia acionado por turbina a gás com uso de metanol reformado. A alimentação do metanol é reformada para o gás de síntese (H~ 2~ e CO~ 2~) antes da combustão na turbina BPT. A reação de reforma endotérmica e a geração de significante quantidade de vapor de processo essencial para a reforma, recupera a maior parte do calor útil no gás de exaustão da turbina a gás. A pressão de vapor do processo é estabelecida pelos requisitos de entrada da turbina a gás e pode ser referida como um vapor de baixa pressão. O calor adicional do gás de exaustão da turbina a gás é recuperado mediante geração de vapor do processo do sistema em uma pressão elevada, ao invés da requerida baixa pressão. Esse vapor de alta pressão é usado para acionar uma BPT, gerando energia adicional e o vapor de baixa pressão descarregado da BPT é usado como vapor de processo para o reformador de metanol.
